When Death Occurs

It can be extremely overwhelming when someone passes on. It is important to know what you should do, and what the next step should be.

Depend on how the death had occur, different authorities will need to be contacted. Each situation will be handled differently, depending on the cause and location of death

Moving Forward

Having sorted out the funeral, often there are numerous matters for the family to sorting out including: the deceased money, property and assets that may be left behind (their "Estate"),  settling debts and other administrative matters (such as informing various relevant parties of the death occurance), and ensuring that the beneficiaries inherits the Estate in accordance with the deceased wishes and/or statutory law.
